As the general partner of TitleTeam, which he founded in 2012, Pantozzi oversees operations and provides strategic leadership for the company. Considered a trailblazer by his peers, Pantozzi has managed over 50,000 real estate transactions and issued title insurance policies in excess of $15 billion. He is deeply immersed in his businesses, from conceptualizing and actualizing complex strategies to developing and implementing systems to overseeing cross-functional initiatives that streamline operations. He holds a Florida title agent license (4-10) and a Florida health & life license (2-15).

A polymath with 25 years of executive-level experience across a dozen industries, Pantozzi has been a trusted advisor to attorneys, executives, managers, and artists. His expertise spans hospitality, entertainment, apparel, legal, finance, insurance, and real estate. He’s gotten results in all of those fields while keeping compassion front and center.

In 2024, he co-founded SYNC with his wife, Tiffany Pantozzi, a solutions-driven company transforming the way business professionals operate. At SYNC, Paul combines his operational expertise with a hands-on approach to building high-performing remote teams that support everything from marketing execution to systems management. Together, he and Tiffany help clients streamline operations, automate workflows, elevate their brand presence, and create the freedom to focus on what truly moves the business forward.
